Quality Controller

Description:
We have a position available for an experienced Quality Controller for the 2026 Harvest season.  The position will be full-time and fixed term beginning in February 2026 and ending upon completion of the Harvest Season in June. The successful applicant will have proven experience in pip-fruit quality management systems and able to work as part of a team. We are Bio Gro accredited.

Experience:

• • Competence in Phytosanitary Procedures and pest identification
  • Experience and knowledge of sampling and inspection methods
  • Experience and knowledge of Exporter specifications and grade standards
  • Knowledge of SQF, Global Gap and HACCP compliance around a packhouse
  • An understanding of OAP’s for China, Taiwan, & USA
  • Knowledge of MPI MAO standards for exporting
  • The ability to work in an organised and methodical manner
  • Computer literate
  • Strong communication skills

Hours: Our normal hours are 7.30am to 4.30pm Mon – Fri and some Saturdays at peak season.
