Balancing full-time work, three young boys, and a Bachelor of Accounting, Paige Gordon's achievement is one the whole team is celebrating.
We’re celebrating a big milestone at Fairfield Orchards this month: our very own Paige Gordon has completed her Bachelor of Accounting.
Paige joined the Fairfield Orchards team last year, bringing with her a sharp eye for detail and a genuine enthusiasm for getting the numbers right. Since then, she’s taken on oversight of our payroll compliance and the wider financial reporting that helps guide the decisions we make across the orchard and the business.
What makes this qualification such a standout achievement is the effort behind it. Paige completed her degree while working full-time with us, and while raising three boys under five at home. Balancing study, a demanding job, and a young family is no small feat, and it says a lot about her determination and work ethic.
We’re proud to have Paige as part of the Fairfield Orchards team, and even prouder to see her put her qualification to such good use for the business.
